Bunty

Bunty was our first cat from the Derby branch of the Cats Protection.

We saw a plea from this branch on the local news as they were over run and desperately needed homes for cats, turned round to my husband and said "babe" and he knew, the following weekend we were off.

We arrived with the soul intent of getting either an old cat who no one wanted or a problem cat - really my husband picked Bunty out. There were a few old timers that I was torn between but my husband kept going back to Bunty, who had been at the home going on a year and who had arthritis.

A week or so later after a home visit Bunty came home to us.
